Javier Abeijón, general director of the firm, considered that the states with the greatest potential for the commercialization of real estate are Nuevo León, Jalisco and Mexico City.

“These areas are characterized by having the highest volumes in per capita income and where these homes can be more easily accessed,” said the specialist.

“This option has positioned itself well in the market, after social housing is disappearing due to the lack of government support,” said Abeijón.

Likewise, he warned that 2023 will be a difficult year in which there will be less access to credit, for which reason real estate products they must be focused on their target audiences and their needs, so he advised developers to have a partner that supports them in analyzing the market before carrying out a project for better decision-making.
