Since the first days of the Israeli war on Gaza, British actress Florence Pugh announced her clear position against targeting Palestinian civilians, demanding a ceasefire.
The 27-year-old actress also regularly shares stories and opinions on her social media pages to inform the world of the ugliness of the Israeli attack on Gaza.
Pugh – who played the role of psychologist Jane Tatlock in the movie “Oppenheimer” – was among 60 Hollywood celebrities, including Cate Blanchett, Joaquin Phoenix and Rami Youssef, who signed a letter to the US president urging him to call for a ceasefire in Gaza.

The letter recalled the statement of the United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs that the “ghost of death” looms over the region.
