For its part, the Palestinian National Initiative Movement congratulated Hamas, praising its ability to overcome the assassination of Haniyeh with unified ranks and a firm determination to continue the struggle and resistance.
Secretary-General of the Democratic Front, Fahd Suleiman, stressed that the selection of Yahya Sinwar as head of the political bureau of Hamas confirms the movement’s unity, cohesion and steadfastness in facing challenges.
He stressed that the election of Sinwar while he is in the heart of the field fighting the occupation army represents a blatant challenge to the occupation state and an insistence on continuing the resistance until complete liberation.
The Resistance Committees in Palestine also congratulated Hamas, praising the spirit of resistance embodied by Sinwar, and affirming the right of the Palestinian people to liberate their land from occupation.
In turn, the Palestinian Freedom Movement congratulated Hamas on choosing Sinwar as head of its political bureau, noting that this choice confirms that Hamas is continuing to achieve its goals and objectives no matter the cost.
