The transaction, which is subject to conditions precedent, will allow the company to achieve 387 megawatts of renewable energy.
“Upon completion of the purchase operation of the Arauco II wind farm, Pampa will have a projected installed generation capacity of 5,431 MW, which corresponds to 14% of the installed capacity in Argentina,” the company said in the statement.
