Barcelona, 21 apr. (.).- The London real estate fund Patron Capital has bought the majority of Vanguard Student Housing from 3 Capital and will invest 200 million euros in the ‘coliving’ real estate sector in Spain.
As reported by both companies, which have not provided the details of the operation, Patron Capital has acquired most of Vanguard Student Housing, which manages coliving buildings and flats for students and young professionals, in order to improve the service your customers and optimize your management, IT, sales and marketing systems.
Patron Capital is immersed in a process of purchasing residential buildings, empty or partially rented, in central or consolidated areas of Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Bilbao.
Through Vandor Real Estate Socimi, it has acquired 8 buildings in the last 2 years, in which it has invested 50 million, which includes the purchase and the improvements that are carried out.
It also plans to invest 150 million euros more in the next two years in the real estate sector of ‘coliving’ in Spain.
