The state oil company Pemex reported on Monday that its financial debt closed 2022 at 107.7 billion dollars, which represents a 7% decrease compared to the previous year that it attributed in part to the support it received from the Government.
The state giant reported that at the end of the fourth quarter its crude and condensate production was 1.79 million barrels per day (bpd) and that processing at its local refineries was 838,000 bpd.
Pemex reported a net profit of 23,500 million pesos in 2022 compared to a net loss of 294,532 million pesos in all of 2021.
