Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for the Russian presidency, said that President Vladimir Putin was still looking very amicably at the West.
Peskov added, in a televised interview, “His position on the West is still very good. It would be stupid to look at the West badly.”
Peskov noted that the West represents technology. “We are in many respects considered lagging behind them,” he said.
Peskov stressed that “the West is a rich culture.” “And we also have the highest levels of culture,” he added.
Peskov emphasized that there are many sites where this culture can be exchanged.
