England
Nick Pope – 6
Had very little to do as England dominated proceedings. Subbed at half-time as Dean Henderson made his international debut.
Michael Keane – 7
Cruised through this game. Looks far more confident than he did towards the end of last season.
Harry Maguire – 7
A far cry from his previous England appearance when he was sent off. A captain’s goal to cap a convincing performance.

Tyrone Mings – 7
Composed performance from the Villa man. Provided the defence with greater balance and even valuable in attack.
Reece James – 8
Completely at ease in an England shirt. Has certainly worked his way into the Euros squad reckoning.
Mason Mount – 7
Added creativity to an England midfield that’s looked workmanlike in recent matches but his final ball was a little off.
Harry Winks – 8.5
The man who made England tick. A key hand in two goals during a superb midfield display.

Bukayo Sako – 7.5
Vibrant and energetic down England’s left. Growing at international level – another promising display.
Jadon Sancho – 7
Scored a superb goal to cap a much improved performance. Encouraging signs for the Borussia Dortmund man.
