Today, Friday, Polish President Andje Duda expressed confidence in the effectiveness of vaccines against infection with the emerging coronavirus (Covid-19), and the return to normal life in 2021, and Duda said – in a message of congratulations to the Polish people on the New Year, according to Radio Poland – “We have become different. Exactly about the past years … the past year proved that it was difficult for all of us … it was a year full of sacrifices, tragedy and suffering. “
He added that preserving millions of jobs for the Polish people was “one of the biggest successes achieved in the past year.”
“I thank the swift and decisive measures that have allocated more than 100 billion Polish zlotys to support Polish companies,” he added, explaining that this support will continue this year, especially for companies targeting industries that have been severely affected by Covid-19.
