The Russian Center for Public Opinion Research conducted a poll that showed that about 66% of the population of Russia trust the country’s president, Vladimir Putin.
The center said that 66.1% of the respondents chose Putin from a list presented to them in response to a question about the politicians they trust, while 29.7% expressed their lack of confidence in the Russian president.
60.3% of the respondents indicated, according to the center, that they agree with Putin’s activities, while 29.7% disagree with them.
The center stated that the poll was conducted from January 11 to 17, with the participation of about 11.2 thousand citizens over the age of 18 years.
