PRI asks the PAN and PRD to appeal together to the Judiciary against “Plan B” of electoral reform

The national leader of ATAlejandro Moreno Cárdenas, said that his party will resort to Judicial power of the Federation (PJF) against “Plan B” of the electoral reform approved by the majority of Morena in the Congress of the Union, and asked the PAN y PRD go together in that process.

“Everything that can be earned to bring down what is clearly seen as a violation of the law, an attack against democracy in this country, and that we cannot allow it because it is a setback, and we are going to go as a political party, And I am convinced that around the coalition, I believe that they will all be there, the opposition has said so, I have heard it from Acción Nacional, from the Democratic Revolution, and we will attend to that to exhaust the legal means of the judicial process to bring down what is happening, because it is truly an outrage-“, said Moreno Cárdenas.

It should be noted that the leaders of the PANMarko Cortés, and the PRDJesús Zambrano, have warned that their parties will promote legal acts before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) and the Electoral Tribunal of the Judiciary of the Federation (TEPJF), against the electoral reform promoted by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador and was supported by Morena, PT and PVEM.
