Those who wish to acquire one of these adaptors will need to provide their PS VR processor unit serial number, first name, last name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Your serial number can be found on the rear panel of the PS VR processor unit.
Only one PlayStation Camera adaptor can be redeemed per household, and it is expected to begin shipping in Japan at the “end of October,” in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand in “Mid-November,” and in Asia in “Early December.”
The PlayStation Camera Adaptor will be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for 12 months from the date of delivery.
