A mother was stunned to see her bikini selfies splashed front and centre on Hollywood heartthrob Chris Hemsworth‘s personal Instagram feed.
Bianca Stenton, 37, from Queensland, lost 14kg in the space of nine months by following a plan from the actor’s fitness program, Centr.
The A-list actor, also 37, used the mum-of-two’s ‘before and after’ photos as the leading image in a post congratulating men and women who had transformed their lives with his workouts and recipes.
The primary school teacher said she was at work when calls and messages started flooding in from family and friends who had seen the post on Hemsworth’s page, which has 48.7million followers.

Queensland mum-of-two Bianca Stenton was lost for words when Hollywood star Chris Hemsworth shared her ‘before and after’ bikini selfies on his personal Instagram page
‘Congrats to our @CentrFit members on the incredible progress! Inspiring stuff! Honoured to be a part of the health and wellness journey with you all,’ the Thor star captioned the post.
She said she couldn’t believe her eyes when she opened Instagram and saw the photos, which have racked up 780,724 ‘likes’ since they were uploaded on March 31.
While Centr’s Instagram account is filled with client transformations, Hemsworth’s personal page is usually reserved for snaps of his wife Elsa Pataky, 44, and their three children, India Rose, nine, and seven-year-old twins Sasha and Tristan.
‘A colleague said “Bianca, you’re on a very famous person’s page”, and I thought they meant the Centr page because his team had asked if they could share the image,’ Ms Stenton told news.com.au.
‘And then I got all these messages saying “have you seen Chris’ post?” It was very flattering.’
Ms Stenton, who is 157cm tall, weighed 64kg at the start of her fitness journey.

She now weighs 50kg, a remarkable transformation which she credits to Centr’s 30-minute home workouts, which include a combination of HIIT strength class, Pilates, yoga and mixed martial arts, five days a week.
Ms Stenton said she started by completing the routine three times a week before gradually building it up to five along with a daily walk or jog.
The self-professed ‘chocolate lover’ said she also made small tweaks to her diet, swapping bars of Cadbury milk chocolate for Lindt dark chocolate and increasing her vegetable intake by eating a side salad with most meals.
Ms Stenton is just one of hundreds of Australians transforming their lives with Centr fitness plans.
Launched in January 2019, the program offers personalised plans to help users achieve their fitness goals, including more than 1,000 unique workouts and 500 recipes.

Zocchi is renowned for his simple but intense bodyweight routines, which are performed without any weights, mats or equipment.
He prides himself on creating short, easy-to-follow workouts which are just as effective as long hours in the gym.
‘I just want to do what needs to be done in the most efficient way possible,’ Mr Zocchi told Men’s Health in 2020.
