Rafa Nadal already knows how the problems experienced in the final in Indian Wells (United States) have affected him. The Balearic, as reported in an official statement, will have to be out for four to six weeks. “I am sunk and sad”, he has acknowledged.
The Spanish tennis player confessed that he had “pain and breathing problems” during the final of the Masters 1,000 in Indian Wells, which he ended up losing to the American Taylor Fritz. “Honestly, he was in pain. He was having trouble breathing. I don’t know if it’s something in the rib, I don’t know yet. When I breathe, when I move, it’s like a needle inside all the time and I get a little dizzy because it’s painful,” Nadal said after the meeting at a press conference.
