Lorenzo’s Locks: The 3 best bets you should consider for NFL Week 3
SportsPulse: Lorenzo had another solid week going 2-1 but he’s still searching for the perfect weekend. He’s back to provide his best 3 bets for Week 3.
The NFL is investigating whether the Las Vegas Raiders violated COVID-19 protocols after they allowed an unauthorized person inside the team’s locker room Monday, according to ESPN.com.
The alleged violation occurred after their win against the New Orleans Saints. A team employee without credentials entered the Raiders’ locker room, according to Adam Schefter, who reported that this individual bypassed security checkpoints.
In a memo sent to teams Friday, the league reminded clubs of the strict COVID-19 protocols to be followed and disclosed that a club is “currently under investigation for unauthorized locker room access.”
Locker room access this season is limited to only 40 employees from each organization to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The league fined the Raiders $250,000 and head coach Jon Gruden $100,000 for mask violations last week.
The NFL fined coaches and teams $1.75 million in Week 2 for COVID-19 protocol-related violations.
