Australia’s supermarket giants have recalled a popular chocolate chip biscuit product amid fears it could cause a serious allergic reaction.

Food Standards Australia has urged Woolworths and IGA stores to remove Shelby’s Healthy Hedonism Chocolate Chip Cookies 120g and Double Choc Hazelnut Cookies 120g due to the presence of an undeclared milk allergen.

Consumers who have a milk allergy or lactose intolerance are warned not to consume the biscuits with a best before date up to and including 09/02/2022, as they may have a reaction.
