Record 73 new deaths in Corona in Moscow

The Corona Operations Center in Moscow announced, on Tuesday, that the Russian capital recorded 73 new deaths among those infected with the virus during the last day.

The center’s data indicated that the total number of deaths from the Coronavirus in Moscow reached 10,613.

The daily death rate rose slightly on Tuesday compared to Monday, when 71 people died.

Moscow has recorded the largest number of Coronavirus infections in Russia, with more than 750,000 cases since the start of the epidemic, and the number of people recovering in the capital has reached more than 577,000 people.

On Tuesday, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin announced that the epidemiological situation in the capital is difficult, stressing that the authorities are not planning to impose additional restrictions, but they will not ease the existing restrictions and rules.
