Rep. Adam Schiff explained he believes there is more than enough proof to criminally cost former President Donald Trump for his tries to subvert the 2020 election.
Schiff’s comments to CNN’s Jake Tapper on “Point out of the Union” on Sunday occur after reports that the House January 6 Committee, of which Schiff is a member, is expected to advise 3 criminal charges for Trump to the Justice Department, Insider formerly noted.
“I assume that the evidence is there that Donald Trump committed legal offenses in connection with his endeavours to overturn the election, and viewing it as a previous prosecutor, I assume there is certainly enough evidence to charge the president,” Schiff claimed on CNN Sunday.
