The Washington Post reported that US President Ivanka Trump’s daughter and husband, Jared Kushner, did not allow Secret Service personnel who guarded them to use the bathrooms in their home in Washington.
According to a report by the newspaper, the Secret Service had to search for another house in the area so that the employees could use the bathroom in it, despite the presence of about 6 bathrooms inside the house of Ivanka and her husband.
The service has rented a separate apartment since 2017, costing American taxpayers $ 100,000 in advance, while the rental price for the apartment was $ 3,000 per month.
A White House spokesman denied the authenticity of the report in an interview with the “The Hill” media site, saying that the Kushner family greatly respects the men and women working in the Secret Service, and that “their doors are always open” to them.
It should be noted that the Secret Service is a security agency of the Department of Homeland Security, responsible, among other things, for protecting the American president and his family.
