Rescuers recovered a 15-year-old teenager who was trapped under an avalanche in the village of Tillichiki, in the northern Russian Republic of Kamchatka.

The teenager had dug a tunnel into a snowy slope, but suddenly piles of snow fell on him. Fortunately, eyewitnesses noticed an avalanche and called in rescuers immediately.
