Rescue a dog stuck on floating ice

Employees of the Ministry of Emergencies in Uzbekistan rescued a dog trapped on ice floating in the Katagar Canal in Nukus.

The footage shows how a rescue man pushes the ice ashore in an attempt to help the dog.
