Tanya Bardsley has unveiled her incredible body transformation after shedding weight following a health overhaul to launch her new fitness page.
The Real Housewives Of Cheshire star, 39, shared a duo on images, one curvier throwback and another recent shot showing her sensational weight loss, while revealing to fans that she was prepared to reveal all her secrets.
In the caption, Tanya gave a flash of her usual cheeky wit, as she revealed that she was on ‘a quest for trying to get a fit MILF (mum I’d like to f**k) body’ after revealing she was quitting booze ahead of her 40th in April and to help anxiety.

Tanya shot to fame in the early Noughties as a lads’ mag favourite, known for showing her stunning figure in publications including Zoo and FHM.
She went on to scoop her role on ITV2 reality show Real Housewives Of Cheshire, where she has starred since its inaugural series in 2014.
Tanya is married to former Manchester United star Phil Bardsley, 35, who she married in 2014, and is mum to Gabriella, Rocco, Renz and Ralphi.
She has undergone an overhaul in recent months after her entire household tested positive for coronavirus, leading to her focusing on her health.

In the caption, Tanya wrote: ‘Hey guys, I’ve set up a new page @tanyasbodygoals for those of you interested in sharing my quest for trying to get a fit milf body…
‘As most of you know I’m a mum of 4 and It’s pure hard work trying to get the body to bounce back… I’m going to be sharing diet tips that I find and excercise routines and also beauty tips as I’m always on a quest to look as young as possible…
‘Also I will share anything I have had done as I always like to be as honest as possible, there will be no filters just raw and real. I hope we can enjoy this journey together. I would appreciate it if you could share this post please my lovely friends’.
Tanya’s weight loss has been through trialling a sugar free diet and using the guidance of Leisa Cockayne’s ‘Make Me Sugar Free’ recipes and diet plan.
The day before, Tanya revealed she was suffering anxiety in lockdown as her business was closed and she was quitting alcohol.

She penned: ‘I know there are so many people who are worse off than me but being in another lockdown has really triggered my anxiety again…
‘Idea of my business being closed, the kids not being able to go to school to socialise with their friends and also the fear of loved ones maybe catching the virus has sent me into a spin.
‘As you probably know I’ve suffered from a series of mental health problems in the past so to combat this I’m going to try to throw myself into whatever exercise I’m allowed to do, try to eat healthy and I’m also not going to drink alcohol until my 40th birthday in April….

‘This probably seems daft to a lot of people, I don’t blame anyone for wanting to drink during this but for me it can make me more edgy and I really don’t want to spiral so want to keep a clear head.
‘Let’s all do our very best to look after ourselves each other too, there’s no shame in asking for help if you feel you need it, as I have done in the past.
‘If anyone wants to join me on my alcohol-free push, I will document my progress on here, if people would find it useful.
‘Also I’m dyslexic and so of my children so home schooling is extra hard dont beat yourself up if it gets on top of you you can only do what you can do. I’m going to post helplines. Sending you all love’.

News of her platform comes after Tanya revealed she had her entire home disinfected after her household all tested positive for Covid-19 in November.
She took to Instagram and shared snaps of a disinfection crew, who were dressed in hazmat suits and face masks for the task with Tanya saying it gave her and husband Phil ‘extra piece of mind to be clean and safe at such a scary time’.
Speaking in a video, Tanya added: ‘I’ve got Vaxinol in today just to get rid of all the germs because we’ve all had the Rona in this house. We’re all recovered obviously. Yeah, we’re just getting rid of all the germs and they’re cleaning the carpets.’
Although the household all came down with Covid, Tanya made a full recovery and didn’t miss filming the new series of RHOC.
