Road chaos due to road works delays the departure of at least 40 flights in Cancun

Cancun, QRoo.- A prolonged traffic jam generated by the road infrastructure works in the access roads to the Cancun International Airport caused the delay of at least 40 flights during the afternoon of this Wednesday, December 21.

It is expected that by the end of 2022, 30 million passengers will be reached, a historical record for the airport, whose maximum figure until 2019 was 25.4 million passengers.
