into the country’s premier luxurious homebuilder and introduced a founder’s enthusiasm to the business enterprise, died Friday at age 81 after struggling from Parkinson’s disorder
The entrepreneur, who was recognised as Bob, and his brother Bruce launched Toll Brothers (ticker: TOL) outside Philadelphia in 1967. They initially constructed two houses that they decided to keep as samples for loads they were being establishing nearby.
