Ruba announces an investment of 2,450 million pesos to build 5,800 homes in Veracruz

In a context where the housing construction has fallen significantly, the developer Ruba announced an investment of close to 2,450 million pesos to build 5,801 houses in the municipality of Veracruz.

According to the firm headed by Jesús Sandoval Armenta, this investment is part of the development of the La Querencia project and the Dos Lomas land reserve, which are located in the municipality of Veracruz and to which the homeowner will invest in the next seven years. .

In a meeting held by Sandoval Armenta, with the mayoress of Veracruz, Patricia Lobeira Rodríguez, it was explained that the La Querencia project will have, by 2024, 1,355 houses built, of which 60% have been built; to later start La Querencia II, with another 798 more units. In both projects, the Chihuahuan firm projects an investment of 1,300 million pesos.

Likewise, the manager informed the municipal authorities that in 2023 the construction of 3,647 households in the Dos Lomas reserve, for which close to 1,450 million pesos will be allocated.

In this project, the homeowner foresees that the construction of living place is divided as follows:

• 1,974 vertical homes.
• 1,176 two-story single-family homes.
• 561 one-story single-family homes.

In Veracruz, Ruba began operations in 2012 with two subdivisions: Paseo de las Palmas I, where it provided living place to 2,448 families; and Paseo de las Palmas II, with 759 homes.

According to the homeowner, the municipal authorities offered the necessary support for the development of these projects and thus improve the urban image of the town.

“Ruba is a Mexican real estate company based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, with 42 years of operations and with 230,000 families that have purchased one of its houses. It is considered one of the two main real estate companies in the country, in terms of operational and financial indicators. and in volume of production, with a presence in 16 cities in 12 states”, pointed out the homeowner.
