Barcelona, Jan 27 (.).- Banco Sabadell closed this Friday a non-preferred senior debt issue for an amount of 750 million euros.
Financial sources have assured Efe that the issue, which had been launched with a starting price of 280 basis points above the midswap and with the intention of raising at least 500 million, has finally closed at an interest equivalent to the midswap plus 240 points basic.
The issue, the second this year from this bank, has been placed for six years with an early cancellation option at five years and offers a coupon of 5.25%.
The issue has received a demand 5.3 times higher than the amount finally subscribed and has registered more than 240 orders.
