“By labor union, six of the seven organizations that in real terms obtained decreases were: the Independents of the Labor Congress (C.T) with 4.4%; the Regional Mexican Workers Confederation (CROM) with 3.0%; National Autonomous Unions and Autonomous Trade Union Associations (SNA and ASA) 2.2%; Other Organizations of the C. T with 1.8%; the Confederation of Workers of Mexico (CTM) with 0.8%. On the other hand, the one that had the only increase was the Revolutionary Confederation of Workers and Peasants (CROC) with 0.9%”, the report points out.
By state, seven obtained real wage increases, the main ones were Sonora (15.9%), Baja California (14.3%), Mexico City (6.2%) and Guanajuato (5.3%). On the other hand, the entities that obtained the greatest real falls were Campeche (4.6%), Durango (4.1%) and Oaxaca (3.4%).

Meanwhile, local jurisdiction reviews, in the month of September 2022, 637 reviews were carried out with average increases of 10.4% in nominal terms and 1.5% in real terms for the 43,599 workers involved.
So far in 2022, 5,697 salary reviews have been resolved that have involved 695,050 workers, who have had an average salary increase of 9.2% in nominal terms and 1.4% in real terms.
