The Civil Defense Directorate in the Jizan region in Saudi Arabia announced that a shell fired by the Houthi “Ansar Allah” group had landed near Al-Harath Governorate Hospital in the region.
The media spokesperson for the Directorate, Colonel Muhammad bin Yahya Al-Ghamdi, confirmed that “the Civil Defense received a report about the fall of a military projectile launched by the Houthis from inside Yemeni territory towards Al-Harath Governorate in the Jazan region.”
He added, “When the competent authorities direct the report at the site, it became clear that it was a Katyusha-type military projectile that fell in a garden adjacent to the General Harath Hospital, and its shrapnel was scattered in the place.”
He continued: “The accident did not result in any injuries or damages, and the procedures adopted in such cases were directly implemented.”
The leadership of the Arab Coalition announced earlier today, Saturday, that it had “intercepted and destroyed an unmanned drone bomb in Yemeni airspace that the Houthis had launched towards Saudi Arabia.”
