Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Aramco, the Saudi oil giant, announced on Wednesday evening that it is reviewing new fuel prices in the Kingdom during the month of February.
According to the periodic review of fuel prices announced by Aramco, February prices witnessed a slight increase compared to last January, as follows:
Gasoline 91:
1.81 riyals (0.43 US dollars) per liter instead of 1.62 riyals last December
Gasoline 95:
1.94 riyals (0.52 US dollars) per liter instead of 1.75 riyals last December
Aramco is adjusting the prices of energy products according to the procedures of the governance procedures for adjusting the prices of energy and water products, explaining that the domestic prices of energy products are subject to change, up and down according to the changes in export prices from the Kingdom to international markets.
Usually, Aramco reviews the prices of fuel and its derivatives in the Kingdom on a monthly basis, to reduce the consumer’s vulnerability to fluctuations in export prices.
