A statement by the Ministry of Commerce said that the violators will be referred after completing the procedures to the Public Prosecution, as the penalties prescribed in the system reach imprisonment for 3 years, and a fine of one million riyals, or about $ 266 thousand, in addition to defamation of violators in local newspapers at their expense, and the removal of violating workers To their countries and not to allow them to return to work in the Kingdom.
Violations of the Commercial Fraud Law include any change, modification, or tampering with the components of goods and products.
