Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – “Tawakolna” application, which is the official application approved by the Ministry of Health in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to limit the spread of the Corona virus, has published an explanation about the cause of service interruptions.
The application said in a statement posted on its official page on Twitter: “The Tawakalna application is currently facing a temporary technical problem that has caused service interruptions, and the technical team is working continuously to find radical solutions to this problem, and coordination will be made with the relevant authorities to take this into account while taking the precautionary measures. “
The application added in its statement: “The Tawakkulna application administration thanks all application users from all sectors for continuing to apply preventive measures to limit the spread of the new Corona virus, Covid-19.”
The statement concluded: “The application administration hopes for everyone to follow the accounts of the Tawakalna application on social media to know the latest updates in this regard.”
