On Sunday, Saudi security services arrested two citizens on suspicion of their involvement in the murder of a young woman in her twenties, whose body was found buried in a desert area in Riyadh.
The media spokesman for the Riyadh police, Major Khaled Al-Kreidis, said that the security services of the Al-Kharj Governorate police received a notification from a citizen about the absence of her 26-year-old daughter.
He added that the initial investigations resulted in finding her body buried in a desert area 10 km from the governorate.
According to the spokesman, two citizens were arrested in the third decade of life, on suspicion of their involvement in the circumstances of the disappearance and death of the girl, and the regular preliminary procedures against them are being completed in preparation for their referral to the Public Prosecution.
