A teenage girl was allegedly raped at a party after a group of boys bet a carton of beer over who could sleep with her first.
The 16-year-old was in tears and unable to stand after the alleged attack at the July 2020 gathering, a court has heard.
An 18-year-old male, who was then 17, was charged with three counts of rape and plead not guilty, reports the Townsville Bulletin.

The trial in Townsville Children’s Court on Tuesday heard from four other partygoers, also aged 18, who were ‘drinking’ on the night.
One witness who was involved in the bet said the alleged offender walked out of a bedroom with a towel on and said: ‘I did it’.
Another witness said they found the girl crying on the carpet and there was blood on the bed.
A female partygoer said the alleged victim was in so much pain she couldn’t walk and told her that she asked the boy to stop ‘but he kept going’.
Her mother also testified that after the party her daughter told her a boy had ‘forceful’ sex with her.
A 2.5cm tear was found on the girl’s vagina in a subsequent examination by a forensic nurse at Townsville University Hospital.
The trial continues on Wednesday.
