The preacher of Al-Aqsa Mosque added that the deportations are “customary administrative decisions aimed at Al-Aqsa Mosque,” explaining, “We are being persecuted because we are defending the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, which is part of our faith.”
However, he stressed the steadfastness of his position and his refusal to back down from it, emphasizing that these decisions do not diminish the value of Al-Aqsa or weaken his relationship with it, and he will remain a defender of it.
Sabry considered that the decisions to ban people from Al-Aqsa Mosque “contradict the freedom of worship and the democracy claimed by the occupation authorities,” adding that “these decisions are originally illegal.”
He stated that it is noticeable that deportation decisions are increasing day after day, “and the target is Al-Aqsa,” explaining that there is no room to object to these decisions legally, “because the occupation police do not respond to any objection at all.”
The preacher of Al-Aqsa Mosque said that expulsion from places of worship is “a strange phenomenon that does not exist in any country in the world, and there is no country that expels people and worshippers from their places of worship, except the occupation authority.”
Sheikh Akram warned against violating the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque during the upcoming Jewish holidays and occasions, especially the so-called Day of… Temple Destruction He added, “They have many occasions and they exploit them to attack Al-Aqsa Mosque, and these attacks are completely unacceptable.”
