Floki Inu (FLOKI/USD) has been one of the more active memecoins recently, and also a cryptocurrency that grew to become one of the biggest rivals to Shiba Inu (SHIB/USD). In its mission to gain more partners and supporters, Floki Inu just announced that it has partnered up with a major professional football club from Moscow, Russia.
This is a huge sponsorship deal for the project since the sports team in question is none other than FC Spartak Moscow, which is one of the biggest and most famous clubs in Russia. The club has won as many as 12 Soviet championships, which is a score bested by only one other club, the Dynamo Kyiv. FC Spartak Moscow also holds a record for winning 10 Russian championships, so the support from this club will definitely go a long way for $FLOKI.

Floki Inu revealed the partnership in a tweet, announcing their intention to help strengthen the $FLOKI brand and create awareness for the project. They branded the coin as “the people’s cryptocurrency,” which is why they decided to team up with the most popular professional football club in Russia.
How can FC Spartak Moscow help $FLOKI reach the mainstream
According to Floki Inu, the team has 17.81 million supporters in Russia alone, and a combined social media following of over 10.4 million people. Each broadcasted game has a massive TV audience, which is why the partnership with the club stands to open major opportunities for $FLOKI in Russia and make it a mainstream cryptocurrency in the country.
The partnership started immediately, and the team already has the FLOKI logo on its website and featured on the front of their jerseys. In addition, they will also have LED panels on all advertising constructions around the stadium. The partnership will even bring massive eSports exposure for FLOKI.
The partnership with Spartak Moscow is not the first instance of Floki Inu teaming up with professional football clubs. Just last month, the project teamed up with India’s Kerala Blasters FC, Spain’s Cadiz CF, and Italy’s Societa Sportiva Calcio Napoli, which even plays in Serie A.
