A TikTok user has gone viral after posting a 25-second video reviewing the best desserts to buy from Aldi – including a Golden Gaytime ice cream ‘dupe’ (pictured)
This isn’t the first Aldi ice cream to receive attention online, as in July 2020 the Summer Delights ice cream was described as a tasty ‘dupe’ of the iconic Golden Gaytime.
The Summer Delights ice cream comes in a 1.2 litre tub for added convenience and is priced at $3.99.
The ice cream was also first released on a stick in 2018 rather than in a tub and truly looked identical to a Golden Gaytime.
