The Portland Trail Blazers player, Nassir Little, will be out for the rest of the season after suffering a labral tear in his left shoulder, according to the journalist from ESPN Adrian Wojnarowski.
Little, 21, was injured during Tuesday’s loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. Although the franchise has not shared a precise schedule for his return, sources close to the media say that he will not wear shorts until next season.
The forward has been one of the few positive notes that has surrounded the Blazers today this year. The Oregon franchise has a balance of 7-5 in the month of January, in which Little has averaged 13.1 points and 7.5 rebounds.
Little was selected in the 25th position of the 2019 draft by the Blazers themselves and is, along with Anfernee Simons, the two main pillars of the team’s future.
