Bollywood actors Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani have reportedly welcomed their first child, a baby girl, in Mumbai this week. According to sources, the baby was delivered at Reliance Hospital, and both mother and child are in good health. The couple has not yet made an official announcement.
The actors first shared news of their pregnancy in February with a heartfelt Instagram post. The photo, which featured them holding a pair of tiny baby socks, was captioned: “The greatest gift of our lives… Coming soon.” Following the announcement, the couple maintained a private profile, though a visit to a Mumbai maternity clinic on July 12, accompanied by family, fueled speculation that the birth was imminent.
Malhotra and Advani’s relationship reportedly blossomed on the set of their 2021 film, Shershaah. After a private courtship, they married in a high-profile ceremony in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, on February 7, 2023, an event attended by close friends and family that became one of the most talked-about Bollywood weddings of recent years.
On the professional front, both actors have significant projects lined up. Malhotra is set to star in the romantic comedy Param Sundari opposite Janhvi Kapoor. Advani has a pivotal role in War 2, the next installment in the Yash Raj Films spy universe, starring alongside Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. She was also reportedly cast in Don 3 opposite Ranveer Singh but is believed to have exited the project due to her pregnancy.
