©Reuters. S&P downgrades Enagás’ rating from BBB+ (high approval) to BBB (approved)
Madrid, Jan 26 (.).- The credit agency S&P has lowered the rating of the manager and transporter of the gas system Enagás (MC:), from BBB+ (high approval), with a negative outlook, to BBB (approved), with stable outlook, as reported by the company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) on Wednesday.
In February 2021, S&P maintained Enagás’ rating at BBB+, although it lowered its outlook from stable to negative.
The company recalls in its communication today to the CNMV that last December another credit rating agency, Fitch, reaffirmed its BBB+ rating (high approval) and also improved its outlook, which went from negative to stable.
