Frustration is mounting in Houston as losses pile up. The Texas franchise has sunk in the rankings after losing fifteen in a row, the last on Monday at the Boston Celtics.
The Rockets entered the course without great expectations of obtaining results but they did expect to be more competitive than they have been so far. A scenario that is complicated when dealing with a young staff and, therefore, more influenced by this type of results.
However the head coach Stephen Silas wants the costumes to maintain the collective trust. The coach recently appeared before the media, to whom he pointed out that the important thing is for the team to stay together and build an identity and show character.
“We have 19-year-olds on the court,” Silas said according to the middle The Houston Chronicle. «We have a base of 21 years [Kevin Porter Jr.]. We have a second year player out of three [Jae’Sean Tate]. Christian Wood is still young. We have watched other teams that have been through this and we remain positive. We’re keeping the pressure on when it comes to training the guys and making sure we’re at least trying to do things as right as possible. “
