BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. — Damage reports are starting to come in for our area.
In Baldwin County there are reports of damage in the Summerdale area, that’s just north of Foley. There are reports of trees and power lines down.
In Escambia County, Alabama just north of interstate 65 on 113, an RV park was hit.
Strong winds ripped the roof of a cabin off tossing it several feet away.
Several trees in the area are also down and the power in the area is out.
We’re told at least one person was hurt, but they are expected to be okay.
Crews will be back out Sunday morning to assess the damage and determine if it was caused by a tornado.
Just a little further north in Athens, Alabama, first responders are out assessing damage there.
Strong storms blew through knocking out power and taking down trees.
Several buildings were also damaged.
Crews wasted no time coming out to clear the debris in the road and begin restoring power.
