The Sovereignty Council media reported – in a statement – that Al-Burhan issued a decision to terminate the assignment of the Minister of Interior, Khaled Hassan Mohieldin, and the Minister of Justice, Muhammad Saeed Al-Helu, from their duties, adding, “Terminating the assignment of Batoul Abbas Awad from the duties of the Minister of Industry, and Abdel Ati Ahmed Abbas from the duties of the Minister of Religious Affairs.” And endowments.
1- Assigning Mr. Police Major General Khalil Pasha Sairin Amrqil to the duties of the Ministry of Interior.
2- Assigning Mr. Muawiyah Othman Muhammad Khair to the duties of the Ministry of Justice.
3- Mrs. Mahasen Ali Yaqoub was assigned the duties of the Ministry of Industry.
4- Assigning Mr. Osama Hassan Muhammad Ahmed to the duties of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Endowments.

A statement by the Sovereignty Council also stated that Al-Burhan assigned Major General Khalil Pasha Sairin to the tasks of the Ministry of Interior, Muawiyah Othman Muhammad Khair to the tasks of the Ministry of Justice, Mahasin Ali Yaqoub to the tasks of the Ministry of Industry, and Osama Hassan Muhammad to the tasks of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Endowments.
On the other hand, the Sudanese Sovereignty Council’s Facebook page and Sudanese media reported that Al-Burhan had terminated the assignment of 6 state governors from their duties, out of 18 states in the country.
In a separate statement, the Council said that Al-Burhan issued a decision to assign 4 new governors to the states of Al-Jazira, Kassala, West Kordofan, and the Northern State.
