Talented women are Hershey’s flagship

Hershey Mexico presents the second edition of the Her For She 2023 movement, whose main objective is to give visibility and recognition to the talent, purpose and work of Mexican women

For the second consecutive year, Hershey México gives the space of its iconic bars to 11 extraordinary women from different disciplines who through their work support other women. This 2023, the Her For She movement is strengthened through alliances with different organizations that promote the personal and professional growth of women.

One of them is Norma Cerros, a specialist in labor rights chosen to represent the Hershey brand and part of the international movement for women’s visibility.

“The work that we have been doing in recent years is in favor of the empowerment of women in different areas, in my case I am an activist for the rights of women at work, and for equal pay, in 2015 I founded an organization that It is called Womeran, which leads us to direct our efforts in favor of salary equality, through salary negotiation forums, and modification of the laws so that they do not ask you how much you earn when you are competing for a vacancy, to invite men to participate in care work through photographic exhibitions, among other activities,” said Norma Cerros, who also recognized the efforts of her fellow campaigners.
