TALK OF THE TOWN: Tansy Aspinall ties the knot twice – in a month! Jewellery designer wedded Old Etonian fund manager three weeks ago – but pair married again last week after guest limit was scrapped
With strict Covid rules in place for weddings, Tansy Aspinall found a cunning way to celebrate her nuptials with all her nearest and dearest – by doing it twice!
Jewellery designer Tansy, 32, the daughter of conservationist Damian Aspinall and his first wife Louise Sebag-Montefiore, married Old Etonian fund manager Kartik Kumar in a small ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall three weeks ago.
But after the limit on guest numbers was scrapped on June 21, the couple, not to miss the chance of a proper party, tied the knot again last week in front of friends and family.

No wonder the chemistry between Bridgerton stars Phoebe Dynevor and Rege-Jean Page was so red-hot – they filmed their famously steamy ‘I burn for you’ scene at the height of summer in front of a roaring fire!
The episode set pulses racing when it was first aired on Netflix last year, and Phoebe, 26, who played Daphne Bridgerton opposite Rege’s Duke of Hastings, reveals: ‘It was a beautiful day and then they put a fire on. We were both boiling.’
