By accessing and using the website trendswide.com (the “Site”), you (“you” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

We may, without notice to you, remove or refuse to distribute any User Content for any reason, including if we believe it violates these Terms.

TRENDS WIDE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE SITE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
ANY RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT OR MATERIAL POSTED VIA THE SITE OR OBTAINED BY YOU AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRENDS WIDE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL TRENDS WIDE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF TRENDS WIDE TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, ANY PORTION OF THE SITE OR OTHERWISE UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE UNITED STATES DOLLAR (USD $1.00).
THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN TRENDS WIDE AND YOU.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trends Wide and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of or access to the Site; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your User Content; or (iv) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Constantine, Algeria, to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page or by other means as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
