Tess Daly made sure to pull out all the stops for Strictly Come Dancing’s Movie Week as she put on a very glamorous display for Saturday’s show. The presenter, 54, showed off her incredible sense of style as she strutted out alongside her co-host Claudia Winkleman for the opening segment of the show.
She showed off her toned pins in a stunning pink satin gown with a daring thigh-high split, which she styled with a pair of glittering pointed heels. Tess let her outfit do all the talking as she simply accessorised with a pair of hoop earrings as she stood alongside her glamorous co-host Claudia, 51.
For the show, Claudia looked equally elegant in a black sparkling gown with a floating skirt.
Tess and Claudia were joined on stage for the opening segment of the show by Mickey and Minnie Mouse as they paid tribute to Disney for Movie Week.
Tess also took to Instagram ahead of the show to show off her gorgeous outfit and flawless make-up look. She captioned her snaps: Lights, camera, action! It’s movie week on @bbcstrictly.
After ending up in the dance-off last week, Nikita Kanda will hope to bounce back on Movie Week by dancing a Jive to “Kids In America” from the 1995 hit Clueless. Layton Williams is set to perform a Viennese Waltz to “There Are Worse Things I Could Do” from Grease with Nikita Kuzmin, after the pair topped the leaderboard last week with an energetic Quickstep.
Angela Rippon and Kai Widdrington will transform into the Von Trapps to dance a Quickstep to “Do-Re-Mi” from The Sound Of Music. Amanda Abbington and Giovanni Pernice are hoping to impress with a Rumba to “Out of Reach” from Bridget Jones, while Adam Thomas and Luba Mushtuk will perform a Jive to “Take On Me” from The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
