The state TV channel broadcast the landing of the plane at Minister Bestarini International Airport, southwest of the capital, Buenos Aires, after Argentine Health Minister Carla Vesuti announced that the plane was carrying 300,000 doses of the second component of the vaccine.
And “Sputnik V” became the first anti-corona virus vaccine to arrive in Argentina, where the Russian Direct Investment Fund had signed a deal with Buenos Aires to supply 10 million doses of the vaccine to Argentina.
300,000 doses of the first component of the vaccine were delivered on December 24.
