On Tuesday, the Brazilian soccer legend Pele documented the moment he received the Corona virus vaccine, as he posted, through his personal account on the “Instagram” site, a picture of him receiving the vaccine, stressing that the epidemic is not over yet.
“Today was an unforgettable day, I got the vaccine, the epidemic is not over yet,” Pele said in the post in which he appeared while he was inside a medical center to receive the vaccine.
“We must maintain discipline to save lives so that many people get the vaccine,” he added.
He continued, saying, “Please continue to wash your hands and stay at home if possible. When you go out, please do not forget your face mask and maintain social distancing.”
Pele concluded his blog, saying: “This epidemic will pass if we can think of others and help each other.”
The Brazilian football legend had shared his followers and fans with a picture of him from his memories of one of his matches he fought and through which he appeared embracing his colleagues, to raise a question with his fans about the things they miss most due to the Corona virus.
Pele wrote, commenting on the picture: “What are the things that you miss the most in the run-up to the epidemic? Personally, I miss my friends’ hugging.”
