And to punish the second suspect for the crime of using a psychotropic substance with imprisonment for a period of 3 years and a fine of 50 thousand dirhams. It also convicted the third defendant for the crime of using a psychotropic substance, and sentenced him to two years imprisonment and fined him 50 thousand dirhams.

While one of the victims managed to escape from them and inform the security authorities, which went to the scene of the incident, the defendants rushed to flee, but the police reached them quickly.
One of the defendants, while trying to flee his car, deliberately hit the police car and caused damage to it and endangered the lives of its members, so all the defendants were arrested and referred to the Public Prosecution Office, which began investigation with them and ordered their precautionary detention and referred them to the court and demanded the maximum penalties for them.
