The CDMX Labor Conciliation Center is one of the most competitive: Sheinbaum

One month after the start of operations Labor Conciliation Center of Mexico Citycapital authorities reported that 930 conciliations have been carried out, which implies the participation of 1,707 workers and an amount of 75 million pesos.

At a press conference, the head of government, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo explained that this new center arises from a series of labor reforms generated at the federal and subnational levels, where the country is also sought to be more competitive in this area.

“The work of the Conciliation Center is very good, it shows the importance precisely of this labor reform that guides conciliation, if it had been the Conciliation and Arbitration Board, all these cases would continue in the procedure to see when they would have been resolved”, pointed out.

He pointed out that since this center was installed, a total of 10,735 people have been served who required assistance in labor matters, as well as legal advice.

The conciliation process can be started in less than 45 days and the conciliation stage must be completed.

Generation

The local president reported that according to figures reported by the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS), Mexico City was the entity that generated the most employment, since so far this year 114,470 formal jobs have been created.

“In Mexico, October had the highest growth in employment in its history, it has been the month with the highest growth in employment, Mexico City is the one that generated the most employment of all the entities of the Republic reported by the Mexican Institute of Social Security . So, the economic recovery of the city is going well and even more jobs will be generated, added Sheinbaum Pardo.
